Charges appear on your credit card statement as "JTK Products DBA Antares", and on the package shipping label for your protection, privacy, and security. Check and money orders are also accepted at the mailing address listed on the Contact Us page. Checks will be held for 10 days before shipping. If you prefer, you may call in your credit card order at the number listed on the Contact Us page. Ordering on the website is typically much faster and will ensure your item, if of a limited quantity, does not sell out while you are waiting to order. Due to the nature of the products we offer, we do not ship internationally. U.S. territories are considered international shipping. Sales TaxCustomers located in Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Stock & Shipping Time98% of our merchandise is in stock and ships next business day (excluding observed holidays). Exceptions to this include certain specialty items which are specifically listed as not being in stock in the product description, as well as any back-ordered items currently out of stock, which will be clearly labeled as such in the product description. These items will require additional lead time, as detailed in the product listing. In the rare event of an inventory error, we will notify you of the potential delay, and provide you several options on how to handle your order. Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will be happy to back order for you in most cases. You will receive email notification containing cancellation options should you prefer to not wait. Non-Ammunition OrdersAny items restricted by local or State laws will not be shipped. If you are unfamiliar with the laws in your locale, please review our detailed shipping restrictions prior to ordering magazines. Any orders placed which request shipping of items restricted by local or State law will not be processed and will be cancelled. Ammunition OrdersAll ammunition orders will be shipped Fedex or UPS ground and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Ammunition orders require signature upon delivery by an adult 21 years of age or older. Due to the complicated nature of restrictions placed on ammunition by certain local & state laws, ammunition orders are subject to additional restrictions in certain regions. We do not ship ammunition to regions with laws restricting the sale, possession, receipt, or purchase of ammunition. Please review our detailed shipping restrictions for information on particular areas prior to ordering. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws within your locale. Any orders placed which request shipping of restricted items to a restricted area will not be processed and will be cancelled. ReturnsRefunds can be made on unused/unopened merchandise in original condition, including all accessories and literature which accompanied the original item. Returns will be accepted only with a return authorization, which may be obtained via the Contact Us page, or by emailing returns@antaresarms.com. You must request a return authorization within 7 calendar days of delivery of the item. Returns must be received within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure item is in original unused/unopened condition, and contains all original accessories and literature. In the rare event of an error our part, if the item is returned in unused/unopened condition, we will cover return shipping costs, and you will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. ExchangesExchanges will be accepted on unused/unopened merchandise in original condition, including all accessories and literature which accompanied the original item. Exchanges will be accepted only with a return authorization, which may be obtained via the Contact Us page, or by emailing returns@antaresarms.com. You must request a return authorization within 7 calendar days of delivery of the item. You will be responsible for shipping of the original item back to us as well as the shipping charges of the replacement item. You will not be charged a restocking fee on any item of equal or greater value. Due to the cost of processing returns and refunds, a restocking fee of 5% will be charged on the refunded amount of exchanges for items of a lesser value. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure item is in original unused/unopened condition, and contains all original accessories and literature before a replacement item will be shipped. Warranty and PricingAll prices are subject to change without notice, and we are not responsible for pricing errors listed on the website. We extend no warranty unless explicitly specified on certain items. Antares Arms is not responsible for any damages from the failure of parts. We sometimes carry unique and hard-to-find parts, some of which are used parts. Any used parts will be clearly designated as such, and although we make great efforts to ensure the highest quality of merchandise, given the unique nature of used parts, they are sold "as is". We suggest a certified gunsmith inspect any used parts before use. Most new products are fully warrantied by the manufacturer and any product returns should be arranged with these manufacturers. |
